FORMS OF YES/NO AND INFORMATION QUESTIONS
A yes/no question =    Pertanyaan yang jawabanannya YES / NO. A:  Does he live in Chicago? B:  Yes, he does.  OR  No, he doesn't.
An information question        = jawabanannya berupa gosip (WH Questions)  A:  Where does he live? B:  In Chicago.
Urutan: WH Questions  + KKB (to do, to be, to have, modal) + Subject + Verb
